Founded in 2014 by architects Chetan Lahoti and Anand Deshmukh, Mind Manifestation began as a design-led practice with a clear intent—to create spaces that are thoughtful, user-centric, and rooted in context. What started with small residential projects gradually evolved into a diverse body of work shaped by close engagement with end users and a deep understanding of how people live and experience space.

Over the decades, the practice has grown not just in scale, but in perspective. Each project became a learning ground—refining an approach that goes beyond aesthetics to address function, materiality, and the nuances of everyday living. This journey has led to a portfolio ranging from boutique residences to multi-dwelling housing, unified by a consistent pursuit of clarity and timelessness.

In 2022, Pawan Gosavi joined as Partner to lead projects at larger architectural scales, with a specialization in housing design. His addition brought strengthened technical depth and executional clarity, enabling the practice to confidently engage with complex, large-scale developments.
