Our Story

Established in 2014 by architects Anand Deshmukh and Chetan Lahoti, Mind Manifestation is a Pune-based multidisciplinary design studio shaping spaces through intent and narrative. Our work is rooted in collaboration—where client aspirations align seamlessly with the context, character, and spirit of each site. Guided by the interplay of light, materiality, and evolving technology, we create environments that are timeless, refined, and deeply experiential. Our design approach balances minimalism with opulence, and simplicity with elegance—resulting in spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant. With the addition of Ar. Pawan Gosavi in 2021, the studio expanded into large-scale housing and developer-led projects. Over the past decade, we have built a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors—ranging from bespoke homes to large-scale developments. Each project is a considered exploration of context, function, and detail—crafted to create meaningful, enduring spaces.
