Crafted Calm (Lodha Belmondo)
Crafted Calm is a contemporary Indian home rooted in spatial restraint, material clarity, and quiet expression. Designed to evoke stillness within an urban setting, the space unfolds as a sequence of balanced, light-filled environments where proportion and tactility define the experience. The east-facing apartment invites soft daylight, enhancing its meditative quality.
A thoughtful material palette—Jaisalmer stone in terrazzo and Kota stone floor in subtly reflects the clients’ Rajasthani roots, turning surfaces into expressions of memory and identity. Muted tones of sage, beige, and white create a serene backdrop for textured stone, chiseled wood, and curated artefacts.
Inspired by the adjoining golf course, the home draws in natural calm through colour and openness. A distinctive column detail and a symbolic lintel articulate transition between public and private realms. Crafted Calm becomes a quiet dialogue between architecture, heritage, and lived experience—timeless, personal, and deeply reflective.
